Corona lockdown 3.0 live updates:  After issuing new guidelines regarding lockdown 3.0 on Friday, the Union Home Ministry sources clarified on Saturday the liquor shops will be allowed to open orange and green zones, while the ones in the red zones will only be permitted to open if they are standalone or neighborhood shops.
